REPORT:  DREAM TO PROPHET
Two mornings ago woke up with vivid dream warning
11    terrorists
11    cities - major water supplies in North America
11    vials of bio will destroy the water supplies in America while killing millions
No time table was given for this but the dream was one of urgency
PLEASE PRAY!!!!
THE LORD HAS PROMISED TO REVEAL THE PLANS OF THE ENEMY SO THAT WE CAN INTERVENE through our prayers.
PLEASE PRAY AGAINST THESE ATTACKS!!!!

Years ago a prayer group saw visions of missiles coming in. I have heard many things that never came true.I believe that prayer changes things drastically. We should probably listen to all these things and pray.I know some were puzzled over Vincent, but it could be prayer changes things. Often people are confused later.
